What are BYOD Fridays?

BYOD Fridays is a Friday night cooking club, where you ‘bring your own dinner’. It’s like BYOB (bring your own booze) but for tired people who still need to cook!
This ISN’T a cooking class.
It’s a space where like-minded, exhausted people come together in mutual sympathy and motivation, while everyone cooks their OWN dinner from the comfort of their own kitchen.
It’s not about cooking complicated meals, or trying to impress anyone. It’s simply a chance to switch off for an hour, make whatever you fancy, and remember that cooking dinner doesn’t have to feel so hard all the time.
It’s relaxed, supportive, and completely judgment free. No pressure. No perfection. Just come as you are, cook dinner, and have some fun!

We all feel that heavy mental load. We all struggle to find the motivation to cook dinner after a long day. And we all need to hear that it’s ok – you’re not alone. THAT is what BYOD Fridays are all about.
How it works
It’s really simple…
- Choose what you’re making for dinner (if you need help with that, just ask in the community WhatsApp group)
- Join us live from the comfort of your own kitchen (we don’t mind if you’re already in your pyjamas!)
- Cook alongside other tired humans, and know that we’re all in this together.
- End the week feeling fed, accomplished, and SEEN.
