This recipe for Pretzel Dessert Nachos isn’t really a recipe so to speak. It’s more like a brilliant gathering of amazing ingredients. I can’t really take any credit, the components speak for themselves. Salty, crunchy pretzels topped with marshmallow fluff, peanut butter & chocolate chips. I don’t know why I’ve not thought of this before! Great for parties or sitting in front of the box, you’d be mad not to give it a try.
Here is what you will need to serve 4.
(Recipe adapted from Take Two Tapas)
- 150g Salted Mini Pretzels
- 3 heaped tbsp Marshmallow Fluff
- 1 heaped tbsp Smooth Peanut Butter
- 50g Milk Chocolate Chips
Pretzel Dessert Nachos Recipe
Tip the pretzels out into a bowl or onto a serving plate.
Spoon the marshmallow fluff into either a piping bag or freezer bag then pop into the microwave and heat for 10-15 seconds.
Snip the end and pipe that beautiful stuff all over those pretzels.
Spoon the peanut butter into either a piping bag or freezer bag then pop into the microwave and heat for 15-20 seconds until slightly runny.
Snip the end and drizzle all over that bad boy.
Now scatter those milk chocolate chips of joy over the top.
I bet that’s the most beautiful thing you’ve ever created in 2 minutes! Go on, tuck in!
I’ve got to admit, I know this isn’t really a recipe. It’s more of a compilation of ingredients. I almost feel guilty for using it as a post! But Pretzel Dessert Nachos are SO easy to put together. They’re the perfect emergency treat! You can totally change up the flavours too. You could add some chopped nuts, use white or dark chocolate chips, skip the peanut butter and use Nutella instead… the possibilities are literally endless!
Anyway, I hope you enjoyed the post my lovelies, until next time.
