One Pot Pizza Pasta
Firstly prep your ingredients. Squeeze out the sausage meat from their casings, finely dice the onion & garlic and grate the cheeses.
Heat the frying pan over a medium/high heat then add the sausage meat, onion & garlic. Break apart the sausage meat with a wooden spatula and continue to cook until the meat is no longer pink & the onion is translucent.
Add the bolognese sauce then fill the empty jar up with water and add that too. Stir through the basil oregano and a generous helping of salt & pepper.
Bring to the boil then add in the dried pasta. Reduce the heat to medium, cover with a lid and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the pasta is cooked to your liking. Meanwhile, preheat your grill.
When the pasta is cooked, give it a good stir then top with the grated cheeses and the pepperoni.
Place under the grill until the cheese is melted then divide between 4 plates/bowls and devour immediately!
Honestly, just make it. I’m not going to sit here and write loads of reasons why you should make this unbelievably sexy One Pot Pizza Pasta. Just look at the pictures… this baby sells itself!
I hope you enjoyed the post my lovelies, until next time.
