- 50g Mini Marshmallows
- 125g Smooth Peanut Butter
- 450g White Chocolate
No Bake Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe
Line a large baking sheet (that will fit in your fridge) with a silicone mat or baking paper.
In a large bowl, mix together the Rice Krispies and mini marshmallows. Set to one side.
In a separate large bowl, set over a pan of barely simmering water (or in the microwave in 20 second bursts) gently melt together the peanut butter and the white chocolate.
Pour the chocolate mixture over the Rice Krispies and give it a good mix so that everything is evenly coated.
Place rough tablespoon sized blobs of the mixture onto the prepared baking tray. You can make them as small or as large as you like though really. I find it easiest to use a tablespoon and a teaspoon together to do this.
Place into the fridge for about an hour and a half to set and there you have it!
Store in an airtight container in the fridge. These will keep for up to 5 days but good luck making it that long!
These are an excellent treat to make with your children. They’ll absolutely love all the mixing & scooping! Of course they will get in a mess but that’s part of the fun isn’t it? What’s it all for if you can’t lick your fingers, the spoon and the bowl afterwards? In fact, I’m pretty sure that’s what got me into baking in the first place! Don’t have kids to make them with? Who cares?! We’re all big kids at heart, have a go for yourself!
I hope you enjoyed the post my lovelies, until next time!
