Finding recipes for quick & easy treats seems to be a bit of a challenge these days. I don’t know why I’ve never thought of milkshake! This intensely rich and indulgent Biscoff Brownie Milkshake recipe will blow your mind with how easy it is to make. It literally takes minutes using only a blender. Just think, in 5 minutes time you could be enjoying one too…
Here is what you will need to serve 2. (makes approx 800ml)
- 360ml Semi Skimmed Milk
- 160g Soft Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
- 100g Smooth Biscoff Spread
- 120g Mini Brownies
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Pinch of Salt
- 2 x Biscoff Biscuits, crumbled (Optional)
- 1 x Extra piece of Brownie, crumbled (Optional)
Essential Equipment
- Food Processor/Blender
Biscoff Brownie Milkshake Recipe
In a food processor or a blender (or even a large pot with a stick blender) blitz together the milk, ice cream and biscoff spread until smooth.
Add the mini brownies, vanilla extract and the salt then blitz again until very smooth. (It should only take 1 minute.)
Pour into glasses, top with the crumbled biscoff biscuit & brownie if you like, and enjoy immediately!
Don’t tell me you’re not tempted. I mean just look at it! It’s so rich & creamy with little chocolatey hits from the brownie. And of course that caramel biscoff taste that we all know and love. I’m fairly certain that Biscoff Brownie Milkshake will become a regular in the Kitchen Mason household, will it be in yours?
I hope you enjoyed the post my lovelies, until next time.

Hi Queenie. It's difficult to know the carbohydrates per serving unless you work it out based on the exact ingredients you choose to use. I am not a dietician, nutritionist or Doctor, so am not qualified to give you this information. Sorry I can't help this time. Emma x
