This 4 Ingredient Nutella Pretzel Fudge will blow your mind! It tastes SO good and is so unbelievably quick & easy, I promise you won’t regret making it. Taking less than 20 minutes to make, this is definitely one of those ‘looks like you spent way longer on it that you actually did’ treats! Literally the perfect homemade gift!
Here is what you will need to make approx 36 pieces.
- 125g Mini Salted Pretzels
- 300g Nutella
- 175g Milk Chocolate
- 395g Tin of Condensed Milk
Essential Equipment
- 20cm (8″) Square Baking Tin or Silicone Pan
Nutella Pretzel Fudge Recipe
Firstly, line your baking tin with baking paper and set to one side. If you’re using a silicone pan you don’t need to line it.
Roughly chop 75g of the pretzels and set to one side until needed.
In a large glass bowl, weigh in the Nutella and break in the milk chocolate. Heat in the microwave in 10 second intervals, stirring well between, until it’s all melted and smooth.
Pour in the condensed milk and stir well until everything is evenly blended. (It will become quite thick.)
Moving quickly, stir through the chopped pretzels until evenly distributed.
Now pour the mixture into your prepared tin/silicone pan and smooth out as best as you can with a spatula.
Take the remaining 50g of pretzels and press them into the top in rows. You will be cutting between each one so bear that in mind when you do this.
Don’t worry if you don’t fill up the whole tin, it will all taste amazing I promise!
That is the hard work done. Yes, seriously! Place it into the fridge to set for at least 4 hours or overnight.
When the fudge is set, slice into approx 36 pieces (6 x 6 grid) between each of the pretzels. Store in an airtight container in the fridge and consume within 7 days. Although I personally think it’s best consumed on the day it’s made as the pretzels will start to soften after a little while.
I would say I hate saying this, but I don’t. I LOVE it – I told you so! Seriously, how ridiculously easy was that?! If you’re ever in need of a quick homemade gift for Birthday or Christmas presents etc, this will definitely dig you out the poop. It tastes so good too! I guarantee it will be well received.
I hope you enjoyed the post my lovelies, until next time.
